Title: HELP !! How to reset RRC-Control Web page password

I cannot access the web page for my RRC-Control Box. I tried updating the firmware hoping that would set it to null, but it didn't work. How can I reset that password if I can't connect to it. I don't see anything in the Microbit Setup Manager that would allow me to do that either.

 "factory default settings" = press the reset button for 25 seconds
