Title: Sip problem green light flashing

After an update from adsl to vdsl to my control site my provider send my  a new router, my new router block the sip connection!!  it is not block from isp, sip alg is off, dhcp is on, green led still flashing, at remote site all work perfectly, new router is zte vdsl zxhn h168n

Following possibilities:

- Make sure the control RRC is set to DHCP
- If you have a menu to turn SIP ALG off in the router, do so
- If you have an old installation and are using port 5060, change that to something else.

Gm om, thanks for the response as i said before sip alg is off, dhcp is on ports is 13000-13002! There is something else i can do before buying a new router?

Hard to say where the problem could be. These sort of things are sometimes difficult or impossible to find.

You can also try turning off the router's firewall. I have seen that sometimes block a control RRC from working.

Otherwise, I do suggest that you try a different router. If the problem persists, it may lie with the ISP.
