Title: Civ interface microbit

Any schematic diagram of civ interface from microbit? My interface from microbit blow up after 1,5 year of continue working, first compoment on 12v cut at half, what is it?? A smd diode?

Hi it's a BAT54J but any simple diode will be OK

Thank you mike for diagram, capacitor c1 was short circuit that makes diode to explode, i change capacitor also diode with regular not smd! 73
