Low volume on local side with speaker

We keep working.
When we connect the headset the volume is high, perfect. Very good.
When we connect a simple speaker, it is hardly heard. Very low volume.
We do not have an internal jack as in previous models. How do you adjust or choose speaker mode with new models? We did not find anything in manual.

You are not very clear as to what audio you are referring to.

Assuming that you mean the control RRC's SP jack, then that audio is set to a constant output and can not be changed anywhere. The only solution if that is what you are referring to is to add an amplified speaker, such as computer speakers.
