Everything is working fine for my local network connection. Every time I configure it to connect remotely, I just can't connect to the radio unit. The main radio unit, has a fixed address and is configured for DMZ. I have been trying to troubleshoot for days what I'm doing wrong but to no avail. My configurations are as follow:

I don't think you ever requested my networking checklist and did this on your own. Taking a
quick look at it, it looks like you did a good job. That would point to the most likely problem being
your router. Instead of DMZ, forward ports 13000-13003 as UDP to 192.168.0.169 and see if that
solves your problem. I have helped over 300 people get their system running and it always amazes
me how some routers just don't work correct for the DMZ.
If that doesn't help, I would be happy to take a look using Teamviewer. I am on EST. Just let me know.

Thank you Mitch. I will try to change the router's config then let you know what happens.

I kind of figure out where the problem is. You were right Mitch, it will be the router configuration. The problem is that I tried different config but still having some issues. I do have a modem/router for Comcast which is a Linksys CG7500 AC1900 which I disabled the wifi. I then hooked up an external router which is a TPLink AC1200 Archer A6. Any ideas where to start? I tried putting the router in DMZ mode from the modem then open the ports 13000 to 13003 and 13010 in the router side. I get to connect remotely to the radio but it turns off after it connects. When the connection seems to hold, I cant change anything in the radio like frequency and other settings. Also there is no sound coming out.
Any help will surely be appreciated. Thanks.
