Title: TM-D710 Control Panel won't turn on

Hi Everyone,
 I need help with my TM-D710. I triple checked all the cables and red wires, jumpers. I checked 9 volts from RRC TTL to Control Panel cable. I also checked 10 volts from Radio to RRC TTL cable.  The control panel still won't turn on. 
The power Led is steady yellow and AUX/Mike's led is steady Orange. When I press on the PTT, the status would change to On on both.   
I want to run some test and make it work before I send it to the Philippines. I have been working on it for the last 3 days now : )
 I attached the settings.

Update :  I finally was able to get it to work.  :)
On the Control Radio Settings . . . I had to turn the "Auto Connect" to NO.
