Title: ddns error - host name not found

I see that this problem was posted about 5 years ago, but I can't find any resolution. When I setup my 1258 it gave me the host name, user name, and password.  When I try to connect, the green light just blinks and I get a dns status of "Error, failed to resolve xxxxxxxx.ddns.remoterig.com!".  If I enter the radio site IP in SIP Contact, it connects fine, and the status says  XXXXXXXX.ddns.remoterig.com is "Ok".  Any suggestions?

Hi

probably the DNS IP is set wrong, try to set DNS IP = 8.8.8.8
