Hi Charles, thanks for your email.
I’m trying to answer all the questions…

No changes at all since last time I used back in May 2025.
I can’t connect to the box on wifi, only by cable through Microbit utility.
No changes in DHCP, remain the same.
I am connecting the box to the router directly with Ethernet cable.
I configured the boxes so they have been working correctly for 2 years now. Set the remote in October every year and dismantle it in May.
Ports are correctly open like in the RRC boxes manual.
IP address is the same, checked that and remains the same.
DDNS can be the problem I think. Looks like it doesn’t connect with remoterig.com, so they don’t get updated, but don’t know how to do it..
I would say is a connection problem.
I changed the router months ago, but since there is a cable connecting the box and the router, I don’t see any issue there, but…. Why can’t I connect to the box via wifi.?

Hi guys, back here after sometime.
Just set up the remote station today but can’t get the remote box to connect internet.
Last update was 2025-05-12, so I need to do anything to update dns or anything so I can get it running.? Ports in router are OK but no connection for some reason..

Any help.?  Thanks.

Hi guys,

I have a problem that is I can hear through the headphone only in mono (left ear), but not in stereo or both ears in the headphones. What am I missing to listen correctly in stereo.?

It was a fools issue.! I thought I do not need the Speaker cable connecting the box with the radio. As soon as I connected, I had audio.! So all solved by now.!

Suddenly my RemoteRig boxes do not communicate.
I used for tests several day ago (over a dummy load) and worked fine through a paddle and through DXlog, great.! Today I wanted to test again and surprisingly they do not communicate.! I have touched nothing nor anything has been modified so I don’t know what could happen. I connected through internet and have seen a SIP error in the Status in the control box, but is correct, the same I had before the issue.
Maybe something has changed in the Radio box and that the reason of the NO communication.? Tomorrow I will check SIP, etc and see…

Any help is welcome to solve the problem.

Hi guys,

I’m trying to set up my RemoteRig boxes to work remote but I’m unable to make them comunícate. I have tried many configs with the Baudrate, etc… but seems impossible for me to do that so, I would thank any help you can give me. If you can send screenshots of your configuration that might help.
I have all the stuff at home now, running in the same router to test it before taking the Radio box to the remote site. The only thing I don’t have like I see in the manual, is the I/O DB15 to RJ45, but guess that’s only to switch on and off the radio, which I have solved with N6TV gadget K3/K4 power ON.
