Hi there can anyone help me out regarding audio problem between RRC boxe's.  I have not worked my Kenwood 480 for some time now. Face and radio side work fine but problem with audio remote.

I have installed it again with same setting's but for some reason there is no incoming audio. I can see both control side at home OK and radio side at remote side fine. I am not sure if maybe it has changed and this could be my problem.

Any help would be grateful to get me online again,

Hi!
I just purchased a pair of new RRC-1258MkIIs and the WIFI Interface. I have installed these before with no problem on older boxes.

Folled the link and installed it with the setup manager and also within radio control WiFi settings and only working with cable from RRC control to Router.??

For some reason showing in the: Info my Wi-Fi network Ok but will not connect with green light flashing and bleeping. Working without Wifi is OK

General discussion forum / 480 will not connect

Can anyone help me out, I have now for the last three day's trying to turn on the Kenwood 480 radio and getting a problems.

Turning on I hear the bleep, face of radio will not light up and a small bleeping from face of radio. Have tried different power supplies and will not light up.

Can anyone help me out I can view both radio and control side and looks OK in both the browser for my Kenwood 480 HX.

For some reason over the last few days’ the radio face will not light up and hear a small clicking noise from speaker face.

Have tried changing all cable’s and also second Kenwood SAT face from my car to see if this could be the problem.

Has anyone else had this problem and know how to solve it.

I have been working my Kenwood 480 for many years now with the RRC-1258MkIIs.

Would like to update the radio to my Icom 7300 would this be supported by Remoterig.

Have looked for post's in the Furum and can't see anyone that has got it to work for them.

Can anyone help me out and tell me if possible or have installed both Yaesu FTDX-3000 like the Yaesu FT-450, FT-950, FT-2000, FT-5000 and FT-9000 shown in Yaesu Twin Concept Page.

Both FTDX-3000 are not supported as yet. I have managed to install radio at control side and second FTDX-3000 at the radio side. Looking for the correct cables that I need for radios and control side to work.

Not sure if I have the hardware configuration correct in both wiring of the jumpers installed in each RRC box at the control side and radio side below.

Hello there can anyone tell me is it possible to pair 2 RRC-1258 MKII control side tougher with radio side. I have pairs of RRC boxes the radio box is 5 miles from me.  The control is in my living room plus one in the bedroom.

Can you tell me if let a friend have the second box and his own Kenwood 480 would i be able to share the radio side at the same time when he is located over 400 miles from me and radio.

Hello there can anyone tell me if they would know if the Yaesu M-1 Base Microphone is compatible with RRC-1258MkIIs.   have worked both the Yaesu MD-100A8X Yaesu MD-200A8X on the Kenwood 480 Sat with no problem but the M-1 does not key correct when I look at the green on the RRC-1258MkIIs control.
