General discussion forum / rc 1216 via ip
« on: 2024-09-02, 13:46:59 »
Hello everyone. I am installing 1216 via IP.  I can click with relays and everything is perfect.
But I can't get it to change automatically.
The question is......what does this mean about Kenwood?
Which one should I choose if I have ts2000?
I have tried all the combinations and it is not possible for me.
My Control says switch off or not connected.
I have matched ports on remote antenna and ccr control.
In control you only have to match the port with the same one on the switch and nothing else. What did I forget?
It took hours but I don't see the error. Thank you.

Hi everyone. We already have our prosistel rotor and ts-2000 working perfect. Our micro mc-85 direct to the station was working fine, now, with remoterig, it doesn't work. We understand you do not receive food + for it. Neither does our roger beep inside mc-43s for vhf contests. Do we need any adjustments for both of them to work? I have looked at the manual but it says that mc-60 does not need power, but it does not. We buy cable for kenwood from remoterig. Some help? I use google translator, and it is never perfect. Control-RRC only: JMP-1 is placed behind the TTL connector. With the strap in place a DC
voltage is feed to the microphone element. All ICOM microphones should be DC-feed.
Dynamic microphones like the ones used by Kenwood should not be DC-feed. HEIL
microphones should not be DC-feed either.

Low volume on local side with speaker

We keep working.
When we connect the headset the volume is high, perfect. Very good.
When we connect a simple speaker, it is hardly heard. Very low volume.
We do not have an internal jack as in previous models. How do you adjust or choose speaker mode with new models? We did not find anything in manual.
Thank you
