Configuration, RRC 1258 / pinging using DNYDNS TOOL

Could someone please tell me if I should be able to ping all the ports ie audio, sip,cmd, web svr. using the DNYDNS ping tool through my external ip address?

Configuration, RRC 1258 / Trouble programing RCC

I RECENTLY UP DATED TO THE LATEST SOFTWARE, \RRC-1258-CRC_v2.40_2011-06-17.bin. It may be unrelated but I am having trouble when I connect to units using Setup Manager it won't always allow connection to web browser setup pages or if I connect it won't go from page to page. Also a few time I have connected using USB all the setup data is gone and I must "reset". In the past I have had no trouble programing units.  Any thoughts on what I should do?

HI,  I Can't seem to find a list of what the various LED's are indicating, Would someone please tell me where I can find it.
