Hello Mitch,

I'm pretty sure I have ports 13000-13002 forwarded in the router properly.

I did not change the IP address of the RR box and I kept the same subnet in the router.

I'll keep plugging away....

Good day all,

I recently replaced the Asus RT-N66 router at my remote site with an IQrouter V3. I have set up ports 13000-13002 to forward to the Remote Rig (passing any kind of packet, not just UDP) but whenever I try to connect from my Control unit I get a SIP error, Unknown(1).

Any thoughts about what I haven't configured correctly in the IQrouter?

That did fix the error, I now have RRC Micro running on my laptop.

Please describe what the Buffer indicator means. On my laptop it is about 7/8 full of red bars.

Thank you!

I am trying to set up the RRC Micro client on my Win XP 32 bit laptop. I unzipped the download and ran the setup program with no issues. When I start the client I get an error message which I have attached  as a jpeg file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Configuration, RRC 1258 / Re: Firmware update fail

Good day Jan,

I was able to upgrade through the web server. Thank you. I have the units configured and passing audio in both directions.

I have units that are hardware version 6 and I have noticed that when set up for two channel receive audio, there is about a 7 dB difference in output levels with the same input level. Is this correct?

Configuration, RRC 1258 / Firmware update fail
« on: 2014-12-10, 15:39:05 »
Good morning all,

I have a pair of units with Firmware 2.32 that were never placed in service. Today I tried to update the firmware via the USB cable using the latest Microbit Setup Manager and the latest firmware 2.81. I can connect to the unit in Manager and can retrieve the HW and Firmware info. I open the .bin file and attempt to update and after 10 seconds Manager responds with Update Failure -1.

I'm using Win XP 32 bit. I tried Firmware 2.54 (the oldest I can find) with the same result.

Any thoughts?

Paul
