thanks for your reply.
Yes... pg.121, program mode 3, stop bits 2.
Also right on your observation of the new control panel removable.
But I use these devices with multiple configurations ... TS2K, IC-2820 does not seem appropriate to make hardware changes.
For this reason I ask if anyone has experienced the expected configuration from the manual.

Hello, I am Iw1gap, Andrea and live near Turin.
I'm trying to run the machine YAESU FT 857 with the RRC-1258.
I created all cables described from page 122 to page 125, Rev. A20 manual but nothing works.
I tried the remoterig 1274A, receive and transmit without radio control.
I tried to follow the instructions to interface with HRD, but I can not make it work.
I did downgrade the firmware to the version released in December ... I do not know what to do ...
The settings followed are those marked on p. Manual Rev. 127, A20.
Can anyone, please, help me?
