General discussion forum / radio RRC won't connect through the remoterig DDNS

I can connect to the radio RRC using http://my external  IP address:88 but cannot connect using the name provided by remoterig DDNS.

I have no problem connecting to the webswitch using the name provided by the webswitch DDNS.

The Radio RRC comes up on the network as Control []  and says there are no Dynamic DNS settings available. Is there a jumper to set to identify it as the radio RRC?  Also the power led on it blinks slowly all the time.

I also have a blinking power light on the radio RRC but I can access it via ethernet.   The light blinks slowly.

Thanks--- Yes I know I can modify a manual switch but if there was a commercial one available that would be
good.  I need one for switching between an Elecraft KPA500 and KAT500 com port through com 1 of the radio RRC. Has anyone done this and how did it work out?

Is there a relay controlled 2 port DB9 switch which could then be switched through the webswitch?
Just a simple relay switched box without any other circuitry for Ethernet or anything else. This would save modifying a manual switched box by installing relays in it.  Any ideas?
