General discussion forum / UDP cmd status error on control RRC
« on: 2015-10-04, 14:01:21 »
Hi,
I'm not able to use my remote setup anymore. I hear some popping sound on the radio side, but the screen doesn't work.
Status on the control RRC is:
Control panel ON
Radio ON
Connection status Faulty(See below)
SIP status Connected/transfering
Last SIP error None
RTP status Excellent(60)
UDP cmd status Error(0)
SIP command timeout 0
Rx Jitter buffer size 4
Rx Jitter delay 3
Dual Rx 0
Current audio packet size 20
...
DNS status OK
on the Radio RRC status looks ok:
Radio ON
Connection status OK
SIP status Connected/transfering
Last SIP error None
RTP status Excellent(60)
UDP cmd status OK(45)
SIP command timeout 0
Rx Jitter buffer size 7
Rx Jitter delay 6
Dual Rx 0
Current audio packet size 20
Since I only see some error message on the control part, I guess this side is somewhat suspicious.
I'm using a TS480.
what does "UDP cmd status Error(0)" on the control side actually mean?
It seems connection is ok, except for the UDP cmd?!? part.
Please help
Thanks!
Johan.
