Vi har nog helt enkelt glömt bort detta, vi borde göra så att PTT hålls lika länge som man satt buffringen, så att dessa följer varandra, vi skall titta på det vid tillfälle.

Portforwarding should be done in the router at the radio QTH. Dyndns client can be set up in the router or in the Radio-RRC

Hi

We will never be able to make it possible for multiple users to connect direct to the box for listening. There is not memory enough for that.

What we might be able to do is to make it possible to set up a fixed IP-adress where the RRC could send a RTP-audio stream. Then you could take care of the audio and distribute it from a PC.

We use several PS5 links for distances up to 16 km. The margin is about 30 dB over 16km, They are very reliable

om du använder en standard cat-5 kabel i radioänden så kan det bara bero på de röda strapsen, kolla en gång till att de är rätt placerade. Är de det så kolla med en ohmmeter, de kan gå av inne i isoleringen om man är lite för hårdhänt när man trycker i trådarna

We release new firmwares quite often, latest one today. We will consider your idea, you are not first one either. But as we do not have a PC in the black box we have limit the functionality also.

Only one client can be connected at the time, the second who tries to connect will get a busy tone/indication. Ordinary SIP phones can not be used. Maybe you can put a separate audio streaming server there just for listening.

If it works on your local LAN the hardware is ok and you are almost there. Remember that dyndns can not be used at the local LAN.

At the radio QTH setup the router to forward ports 80 (tcp),5060 (udp),11000 (udp),12000 (udp) to the ip of your RRC. Or even better set the Radio-RRC as DMZ host. Be sure that SIP ALG is NOT activated if you have a parameter like that. If you have IP-telephony in either end change the SIP-port from 5060 to something else, in both ends.

The extern ip should NOT be set anywhere, The dyndns adress should be used as SIP-contact at the Control RRC when you move the equipment to the radio-QTH.

Yes you must activate VOX or SEMI BREAK IN and Sidetone in the Radio.

I use TS-480 my self and it works

It sounds like something is wrong with the cable, check with an ohm meter, that there is no short circuit between the different wires.
