Does anyone try to use the serial port  with interface , to remote side  for cw in cw jack of ts-480  ?
In other words to use a remote "serial port "

Do you have in RRC control side ,IP in ''sip contact '' you must tell ti it where to connect.
If conrtol has ..227 then put in sip contact ..228 on radio side.

I hope you maked  a stereo plug for cw connection to remote site.
After this you must set the keyer , for iambic ,and also the I/O menu the correct I/O out as keyer

Hi All
After succesful installation of my remoterig, when I try to trasmit on CW with a paddle I have only the local sidetone, I can't transmit. Is this do to the wrong remote connection to my ts480, "straight key" jack instead of "paddle" jack ?

Try to change the power suuply from the receive side , change it with a switch mode .
Use to have the same problem until change the power supply
