Hi

I got RRC with TS-480 + KPA500 for more than a year now and all works great. As for Logging' CAT, AFSK, RTTY I am working with MixW which I found great local support for it from several 4X hams. The computer is connected via the RRC com to the 480 radio com port.

I am considering getting  K3 & K0 and I can see the control between them is via the K3 com 232 port. Is this means I will need to give up the MixW software

I am almost positive the issue is with the router. I canceld all poert forwarding and made DMZ to the RRC - here is the status i get. I am LOST!!

Jan - As for the SIP ALG.. at the router WAN screen there is an option for Disable SLP ALG. this should be mark or un-mark?

Ok... this is my today's progress... I change sip to 13000 in both RRC + router. Now dont have error tone any more. Panel still dont come up just one short tone any yellow led in on at mux/mic jack.

any idea how to procced?

Tnx for yr answer. I use DYNDNS for more then year and all worked ok. I changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and no nore code 12 error. however the panle still dont come on and can hear the error tone.

I had to open a new internet account with a new router at radio side and config all setting. The TS-480 wont come up and I am receiving error sound… DNS error code 12 – any idea? Here r the settings:

Yes. Configurate the moxa at radio side and then configurate the com utility at remote side is a mystery for me.

I have remote rig for some time now which is great solution for me due to antennas restrictions. Got TS 480 and working SSB / CW / PSK / RTTY (AFSK). All works great and time to up-great.
Purchased KPA500 + KAT500 + Easy-rotor and Moxa 5460 (4 ports).

I need some help configuration the above. Any help for a beginner?
