Does the RRC-1258MkIIs  support the ICOM ID-880H like the TM-D710A?

Yes ID-880 is supported, but remember that you must have the extra mic adapter PCB. Check the Manual to see how the adaption for the ID-880 is done, it's a little bit more complicated than for other radios.
