Chris,
I have the Software running but .............
you need to learn how to read a manual backwards .... ..
even with the new firmware for IC7800 installed
you dont see the freq from VFO-B unless you go in TX.
local LAN all ok
wifi in local LAN also
remote via VDSL is working also ok
via wifi on a remote side it doesnt work anymore,
you have the audio but asap that you start
the gui and control the radio your audio is gone untill restart
latency problem is the reason , 42mS ping is not that big.
think they still have lot of work to make it better.

3G or HSPDA is not working at all

Maybe in combo with remoterigs PC-client it would be working
better but still have to find out if the virtual UDP ports can work
with each other

Hi Chris,
did some new tests this afternoon
it works via UMTS (hi speed GSM modem) perfect now
and I think the reason that it is not working via wifi on a
remote location is due the security encryption I used,
I will do some new tests next week without any security via wifi
at the remote side see if it works then. I can always use MAC filtering
for security.

Once you know the correct way to set it up its easy ......
