Everything works except on 21mhz

Hello,
I am a happy user of the remote rig with a Kenwood TS 480.
I did not use the Kenwood for quite long time (5 months) and now transmit very well on every band except 21Mhz where I can tune my antenna but I cannot see any bar on the S-Meter and I push PTT it does not color the bar: I can just the red button on (PTT) but nothing happens on the panel.
Also, if I try to hear myself on websdr , there is only white noise / flushing noise...but no audio!

Everything works (quite) well on the other band.

Can you help?

Hi

Remoterig has no idea about what band you are using. Remoterig does not intrepret or change any data either, just transfer it.

So your problem is with the radio and not with Remoterig
