Error message?
« on: 2016-01-22, 14:17:29 »
One of our club members got the following message on accessing transceiver side of the RRC1258
connecting to ICOM IC-2820.

Saved error message:
Data Abort at 0x0004a770, called by 0x0004a76c

What is this message. Something wrong with the unit?

Which firmware version?
Always include type of hard/software and version when asking for support.

It was an error which occurred in a part of the program which handles USB, though the nature of the error indicates something else(not traceable) caused it. If the RRC works ok I suggest clearing the message and see if it happens again.

Thank you for prompt response.
The RRC seems to work normally at present. Clear the error message and use it for the time being.
As you know connecting IC-2820 does not use USB connection though.
