Configuration, RRC 1258 / The CW transmission is not readable

The stations listening to me are reading different letters than the ones I'm transmitting, so there seems to be some configuration issue. I'm using an FTDX-3000.

Hello everyone.
I want to connect an FTDX-3000 to the RRC (1258 MkII). If I connect the RRC via an RS-232 terminal to the CAT port on the radio, will I lose the ability to use HRD-type CAT software? Can the CAT connection to the PC be made later via a virtual COM port?

When I tried to connect the 1258 MkII I saw this message:

">>> NETWORK DISCONNETED"
"No devices found"

This is a local network with both computers connected to the local network using a switch. I've already set both IP addresses to fixed.
