General / No control of the display frequency in my Samsung mobile

Hi.
I've installed the program in my Samsung mobile for an Icom (IC-7700). I can hear the radio and activate the PTT, but I cannot change frequency, neither mving the display nor putting the frequency manually.
How can I solve it?
I jnstalled it yesterday and I understand that there is a period of testing before buying the licence.
Any help will be appreciated
