Rotator control with webswitch 1216H

With 1216H WebSwitch software 3.1, Hardware 2 my webpage does not show "rotator settings" under Dynamic DNS settings as does the ( http://www.remoterig.com/wp/?page_id=840 ) instructions. So how do I get this on my 1216H webpage?

set Enable HAM radio functions = yes
