Control of radio

in the E980263: K3/0-Mini to RemoteRig Interface Cable, which one is the one controlling the radio..? TTL..? I know speaker and AUX/MIC could not be as well as I/O as this is for Power ON/OFF.
I don’t have the E850510 (RJ45 to DE15M) cable which is used to power ON/OFF the radio, but got N6TV’s device K-ON that can also do that.

Yes, TTL is for radio control.
