I own two Yaesu FT-950 radios and wanted to purchase the Yaesu Twin RRC-1258MkIIs version. It's not available in the microbit store or from distributors. Is it possible to upgrade a standard version of the RRC-1258MkIIs with a wiring kit so I can install it with my two Yaesu FT-950s?

Yes its possible yo upgrade, the Yaesu Twin RRC-1258MkIIs version was a standard RRC with cable kit preinstalled.
