Hi everyone
I have an old 1216E (not H) webswitch that I want to put back in service. I can connect to it via a direct ethernet cable and change the relays.
However, I can't change the IP address at all. I have downloaded the last IP Config app and updated the firmware successfully (BIN&ROM), but the IP address update feature fails. I am using a Windows 11 PC, though! I am trying to do it within 60 seconds of adding power and I have the correct serial number/Mac address. Any clues what to try next? Is there a way to do a Factory reset?
Appreciate this device is very old, but it seems a shame to throw it away just for this reason.
