Kenwood TS-2000 disconnect problem
« on: 2015-09-10, 10:10:26 »
Hi Roland,

the problem with the disconnect still exists (the TS-2000 still running after disconnect).
You told me, may be it is a timing problem ?

Uwe

Oh really. I could repeat the problem here and made some minor changes and after that I could not repeat it.
That was published and I considered it as fixed. But apparently not then. I could not test against a TS-2000, used a TS-480.
However I don't the radio-type is important. There must still be something in the Nano-App then. I will check on it again.

Ok Roland,

thank you.
If you need to test it, you can use my radio.

hi,
I'm suffering the same issue with a difference that when then disconnection happens the TS2000 is turned off.
I'm running FSK QSOs and it would be helpful maintain connection without touching the app.

hi,
more testing here.
now I see a link with disconnection be due to screen saver activation. I extended time when screen saver (black screen) is activated from default to 10min and disconnections doesn't appear any more frequently. actually I have not had any, so I don't know if disconnections disappeared.

Will have a check on what effect screensaver has.
Have to finish up VFO-support on Yaesu first thought (a day or two)
