Hi
Yellow and Red at the same time meaning that the CPU does not start.
That's how it use to look like when the unit is hit by lightning

I dont think that any lightnig is reason, this is control head.
I open cover , deassemble wifi. And try again.
It starts by 12 VDC and contact PC via USB but dont work by USB if take 12 VDC off.
WIFI card is not the problem.

Yes, that's a very good observation. I keep all my equipment turned on continuously 24/7/365 so this is "usually" not an issue even though all my equipment is housed in an outdoor electrical enclosure that is unheated and the internal temperature during winters may go below -30C on a very cold day. However, if there is a power interruption in cold weather, the RRC will not start when power comes back on. For those occasions I have purchased a small pad heater that is attached to the bottom of my RRC. When I need to start my RRC after a power failure during winter, first I remotely turn on the pad heater for about one minute, then I remotely turn on power to my RRC. Problem solved.
Here's a link to the exact product I used for this:

Same feelings with brand new one seria. up 13k. Temperature about +17 now and red and yellow lights and dont start.
Few tryes and it works fine.
I think I have to send it back to check what is wrong.

The units are build with consumer spec components (0- +40C) so if they do not start at some degrees below 0 we have to accept it but if they do not start at +17 then I suggest you send us the PCB.
