Setup issue

Please help with RRC setup.
I have a K3 (upgraded with KIO3B) and K3/0.  I have not been able to connect the K3/0 with K3 using the RRC units.  Here are the copies of the status pages:

All my cabling is in place except for the I/O on the remote site. 
I do not know what p5.2 off, p5.4 off and radio off mean.

The cable from the Radio-RRC I/O connector to the Radio ACC con is the where the start signal is transfered, it must be there
