If the units have been used in another environment I would guess that SIP contact in the Control-RRC is not set correct, at the current LAN it should be set to 192.168.10.102 (eg the ip of the Radio-RRC) I suggest you download the manual and go through the step by step setup.

If you can login to the router, check that SIP ALG is OFF if it has a SIP ALG setting

Hi

There is no difference working from France or within the US. But if you are using a Hotel Wifi or a public Wifi they may have blocked ports, that's quite common

Hi

You did not say anything about the most important setting to use CW. The "Key Delay ms" if you increase the buffering by increasing Key Delay, CW works OK in most situtations. With Key Delay =0 you need an extremly good Internet connection to make it work

Hi

Remoterig has no idea about what band you are using. Remoterig does not intrepret or change any data either, just transfer it.

So your problem is with the radio and not with Remoterig

Yes

Activate keyer on the keyer setup page. Paddles are connected to the PAD jack. An external keyer or a straight key is connected between GND and IN0 in the I/O jack on the back ( see manual for details)

Hi

Just setup unique portnumbers for each RRC pair. And setup corresponding portforwardilngs for each port in the radio QTH router

Hi

It depends on how you have setup the radio-RRC. if Audio dual RX = yes then you need to provide left and right audio to the Radio RRC to get audio in both ears (middle ring, tip). If audio dual-rx = No then you get audio in both ears when providing mono audio to the tip. If you have a dual rx radio there is often internal settings in the radio also about how to provide the audio

Hi

I don't know what you want to do, but to clarify, the sharing to com1 is meant to be used in the radio end for PAs or Antenna switches etc to folllow band switching etc, and in control end for using a log program or WSJT-X etc. That has beed working without any complains for about 10 years.
